Come and join me for a one hour beginner hoop dance session! During the hour you'll grow your flow, and learn some new hoop dance moves. By the end, you'll put a few of those moves into a short dance set that you can keep practicing at home.
It's awesome, high energy, fun, and entertaining--plus it is a great way to challenge your brain. It's low-impact exercise that anyone can do.
Plus, it's a good way to feel calm and reduce your anxiety.
To explore this experience together, we can...:
Hear energetic and upbeat music - it will make you feel great. Touch the hoop, and feel the way your body connects with the flow!
Chat about what you want to get out of it. Do some stretches. Do some body hooping. Learn how to dance with the hoop. Experience the 'click in' moment, when your body and brain connect! Get a chance to build a hoop dance of your own.
Get in touch with your brain, body, and the hoop!
How many Kudoers could come at once?:
