Come join Kathy and learn how yoga can help with stress management, or build strength, or develop better posture. Whether your goal is fitness, focus, or calmness, yoga is a great choice. When things aren't going well, yoga can help you handle it!
In this experience, you'll meet Kathy at her home and do a 60-minute yoga class. Feeling quiet? You can do the class lying down or in a chair. Feeling energetic? You can put on some fun tunes and do more of an active, pilates-style class! Kathy can tailor the class to whatever you want most.
This experience is great for anyone who's interested in using their body and ways to reduce stress, or for anyone who wants to make a fantastic new friend in Kathy!! Also, feel free to bring your parent, friend or other circle member if they want to take part.
You get to the experience by bus - the 174, 188 or 863. Depending on which way you're coming from there may be one busy intersection to cross - Apel and Coast Meridian - and there is a traffic light at this intersection. There are sidewalks with ramped curbs all the way between the bus stops and the host's home. It takes most people between 5 and 10 minutes to get from the bus stop to the host's home. The host can meet you at the bus stop if it's helpful.
