Aquafit: Too fit to quit!

Do you like being outside, swimming, and moving to music? This experience is for you!

Join Kathy in her pool to do aquafit. You'll put on some music you like, then do all sorts of different movements in the water to build your strength. It's a great way to have a lot of fun outside in the summer! Kathy used to be an aquafit instructor, so she knows how to have a great time while getting healthier.

This experience is for people who are already able to swim. Kathy's pool has a deep section and a shallow end - you can stay wherever you feel comfortable. If you'd like to wear one, Kathy also has a life jacket you can borrow. The water is warm so it feels like a giant bathtub!

To explore this experience together, we can...: Swim around in the pool and feel the water on your skin!
-: Hear the music playing, and feel the rhythms in your body.
-: Try different exercizes to build strength in different ways.

The host can meet you at the bus stop if it's helpful.
