Have you ever felt nervous? Do Kudoz experiences make you feel worried?
Lots of us feel nervous before trying something different, meeting a new person or hanging out in certain places. In this experience, you and Quinn will build a plan to help you cope with worry and discomfort.
We'll talk about:
-Why human beings feel nervous
-How nerves can be healthy!
-What makes you nervous
-What strategies you use to cope
Then, you'll try out new strategies that you can use when you're feeling nervous. Together, we'll build your personal "nerves buster toolbox" and make a plan for how to use these strategies. If you feel comfortable, tell Quinn about your experiences feeling worried. She'll also share some of the things that make her feel nervous and how she deals with it.

Think about the strategy toolbox we built. Which strategy will you try out first? How will you remember to use this strategy?
