Decoding body language

Body language carries a lot of meaning. Learn what that meaning is!

Join Nadia to explore how we communicate with each through body language, and what messages we're sending.

To explore this experience together, we can...: Look at pictures of people using different body language and figure out what emotions are leading to these different ways of communicating.
-: Use your own body to practice different styles of body language. Read each other's body language, and try out new ways of expressing yourself.
-: Look at people around you to guess at the feelings they might be experiencing.
-: Talk about the ways what we're feeling comes across in our bodies.
