Tips and tricks for better nutrition

Do you want to learn more about food and how to eat well? Maybe you've heard things about nutrition that make you confused: are fats good for you or bad for you?!

Host Nicole loves tasty food - and also tries to eat well. Meet Nicole and talk about some easy tips and rules-of-thumb to help you make good nutrition choices. Together, you'll talk about the basics of nutrition. Then, you'll head to the grocery store to look at specific products. Which things should you buy? Which foods should you avoid? You'll learn how to use nutrition labels to help make these decisions.

This experience takes place beside Metrotown and Crystal Malls, at the corner of Willingdon Ave and Kingsway. If you're coming by transit, get off at the Metrotown Skytrain station. The Crystal Mall is about 7 minute's walk on major streets.
