Rock Climb Indoors

Ever tried to rock climb? Rock climbing is a fantastic way to get a work out for your body and mind, so come join me for some climbing at Climb Base5! Get on a harness and slip on a pair of climbing shoes and I will show you around the gym and handle the ropes.

To explore this experience together, we can...: The climber will feel the different types of climbing hold and what it is like to wear a harness and climbing shoes.
-: The climber will get to learn how to climb in an indoor climbing gym.
-: The climber will learn how to position their bodies when climbing and how to navigate the different types of routes in the climbing gym.

You can get to the gym by bus, and it takes about three minutes to get from the bus stop to the gym. Depending on which way you’re coming from, there might be one not-very-busy street to cross. The street has ledge curbs, and there are no traffic lights or crosswalks.
