Learn about fresh produce at a local grocer

Ever wonder about which fruits and vegetables are in season? Are you curious about how to run a small business?

I'd love to show you around Blue Mountain Produce! We are a family business and boutique grocer in Coquitlam. On this experience you will become familiar with the store, be able to recognize different produce, hear stories about starting our business, and try operating some simple machines.

Getting here: What you need to know.
You get to this experience by bus. It takes most people about 10 minutes to get from the bus stop to the grocery store. There are two busy streets to cross between the bus stop and the store. There are traffic lights and walk signals at these intersections. There is one not-very-busy street to cross as well. There is a crosswalk at this intersection. All of the streets between the bus stop and the store have sidewalks. All of the curbs are ramped.

Should I bring money: You don't need money, unless you want to buy something
What else should I bring: Wear something warm (you will be going in and out side) and wear clothes that can get a bit dirty. we will produce the gloves!
